DSPS Update
Scholastic
Book Fair
Everyone
is invited to attend our Book Fair being held in the library from Monday
December 4th to Friday December 8th. It is a great opportunity to purchase new
books and at the same time support our library. For every $10 spent at the Book Fair, up to
$6 goes back to our school. This
allows us to purchase new books and build our library collection. The Fair will be open Monday to Thursday
from
9:10
am to 12:40 pm and from 2:00 pm to 3:20 pm for classroom visits. A newsletter with a schedule of classroom
visits and a preview flyer will be sent home with students on Friday. Mrs. Tompkins-London is looking forward to
seeing everyone at this exciting literacy event!

Bill Crothers Secondary School Information Sessions
Bill Crothers Secondary School (BCSS) is a system-wide

Grade 9 to 12 students. Students and parents from across the region are invited
to attend an information evening. Information will be shared regarding
the vision, mission, schedule, programs, the transfer policy, and application

Due to building capacity regulations, we request that only
students and parents interested in attending BCSS for the school year 2018 –
